Shipment of your package

All packages are usually shipped within 24 working hours following the day of receipt of the payment confirmation notification and sent via fast trackable shipping with delivery within 24-48 hours throughout the Italian territory. All orders placed from Friday to Sunday depart the following Monday. As soon as the package is shipped, an email is sent with the tracking code and the link to follow the shipping path online.

Shipping costs are free for all orders starting from € 70. For lower orders, the amount to be paid is € 8.54, including packaging and postage costs. We advise you to group your items in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is reserved for fragile objects.

The boxes are reasonably sized and the items are well protected.

Delivery of products takes place in Italy and abroad. Shipments are not made to P.O. boxes.

Boutique Abbracciavento undertakes to deliver the products through the means chosen by the Customer and to the address indicated by the same during registration of their data. Boutique Abbracciavento, once the regularity of the order and the payment have been verified, undertakes to fulfill the order itself within 30 days. Any delays or non-deliveries of the products cannot be attributed, nor attributable to Boutique Abbracciavento, which will consider the contract perfected with the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the company in charge of delivery. Regarding delivery times, the Customer must refer to the average times required by the chosen method. Boutique Abbracciavento declines all responsibility regarding the quality of the delivery service which depends exclusively on the company in charge of it. Boutique Abbracciavento however undertakes to collect any reports or complaints regarding missed or delayed deliveries of products through its dedicated Customer Service and, if necessary, to act according to the terms of the law. Regarding products with manufacturing defects and/or damaged during transport, please refer to the next section.

Online fast-track procedure pursuant to the Consumer Code

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 54 of the same decree, the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise this right, the Customer must exclusively use the online electronic procedure available on the website, by accessing the dedicated section and clicking on the online return button at the bottom of this page. In order to guarantee the correct processing and tracking of cases, all return requests must be made exclusively through the website in the relative section; returns and complaints via e-mail, WhatsApp, and any other external channel will not be accepted.

The Customer is required to return the product intact in all its parts, unused, with the original tag attached and packed inside its original packaging. Products must be sent back within 14 days from the date of communication of the intention to withdraw to the following address:

In case of size exchange, the shipping costs for sending the new replacement item are borne by Boutique Abbracciavento, provided that the returned item is completely intact.

GUARANTEES

Boutique Abbracciavento guarantees that at the time of shipment all items are checked to exclude any manufacturing defects, are intact, new and provided with the original tag, properly closed and packed, and as such are delivered to the courier for shipment. Therefore, it is not responsible for any damage or imperfections that occurred after the items left the Boutique to be shipped.
